Flowers are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300–1 (as amended on 10/25/2007) and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 01/19/1998 No. 55 (as amended ed. March 27, 2007)

The buyer can refuse the bouquet or replace it (by reporting the problem to the operator) only at the time of purchase. When the bouquet of flowers is handed over to the buyer/recipient, the purchase is considered complete.

When purchasing flowers in an online store, the purchase is considered completed at the time of delivery of the goods. If the quality of the product is inadequate, the buyer may refuse to purchase flowers.

Despite this, we will consider claims received within 24 hours of delivery of flowers.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of flowers or the work of the florist, please send an e-mail to photo of the delivered bouquet with the order number and description of the claim. Our customer support service will make a decision on the complaint and contact you within 1 business day.
